Nichole Causton
Accomplished talent extraordinaire, with a focus of providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates during the recruitment and placement process.
With over 15 years as a HR professional, her experience includes recruiting domestic and internationally for corporate and public sector. She is responsible for recruiting Executive, professional and technical passive candidates for direct opportunities. In her role she focuses on working with clients to understand the candidate necessary skills and experience, position specific objectives and requirements of the position.
Nichole specializes in talent management, staffing and learning and development. Besides being the founder of Rocket Recruiting Solutions, roles that she has held in the past include Executive of Human resources, Recruiter and Recruiting Manager.
Prior to Rocket Recruiting , Nichole lead a team of 16 recruiters onsite and virtually across the US with Waste Connections, Inc.
She developed recruitment strategies to ensure the selection of top quality candidates and enhanced the overall candidate experience to increase applicant flow. In addition, she developed unique recruiting strategies to attract top talent with job fairs, market specific campaigns and on campus events for hard to fill positions.
Nichole graduated with a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Recruiting Professional with AIRS Certification. She currently resides in Destin, Florida with her family. Outside of work she enjoys boating and relaxing on the white sand beaches.
